But she told the informant that to avoid suspicion, she wanted him to make her husband's death look like a suicide, court records state.Police recorded a conversation between Robin Transue and the confidential informant that detailed several plans to kill her husband, including giving him a drug overdose, plotting a hunting accident or setting fire to the house, court records state.Transue also faces lesser charges of obstructing a police investigation and failing to report child abuse. Bushkill Township police Chief Michael Mc Louth said Transue, who has worked for the department since 2005, is on paid administrative leave.

Robin Transue's defense attorney, Gary Asteak, said he only learned about the criminal charges involving Keith Transue a few days ago and called the case "a highly bizarre and sensitive matter," but declined to comment further.
Asteak also serves as the Bushkill Township solicitor, but said Thursday he has removed himself from matters involving Keith Transue's employee status with the police department.
Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau was arrested late Sunday in Zionsville on suspicion of drunken driving and intimidating a police officer.
A Zionsville police officer arrested Trudeau, 52, on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, public intoxication and intimidation of a police officer, Boone County Jail records show.
